My Unique Approach to Care…
What makes my practice unique is my commitment to holistic, integrative care that looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms. I prescribe medication, supplements, herbs, minerals. I offer virtual appointments only. With over 10 years of medical experience, I draw on both evidence-based treatments and supportive lifestyle approaches to create individualized care plans. Based on your budget, this can include testing genetic DNA, gut health, mineral analysis and basic lab levels of vitamins. Some tests are not covered by insurance so we will discuss this as an option but not a requirement to work together. Mental health is deeply connected to physical health, and environment and I take the time to understand each person’s unique story. My goal is to help children, teens, and adults build resilience, restore balance, and find lasting strategies for emotional well-being.
I offer brief supportive therapy however, if ongoing therapy is needed I will work with your current therapist or refer you to one in my network!

I specialize in assessing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions that affect children, teens, and adults. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a holistic perspective, addressing not only symptoms but also the broader influences on mental health—such as lifestyle, environment, and relationships. This allows me to develop effective strategies that support emotional well-being, resilience, and long-term success in daily life.

I know you want the best for your child. I work closely with families to provide guidance, resources, and support every step of the way. Every child and adult deserves to feel happy, understood, and confident. My focus is on environment with children: usually this means reducing/removing screens, diet changes, and then once environment is improved, treating with medication.
-
I use evidence-based practices, including brief supportive and solution-focused therapy, medication management when appropriate, and family support to help children, teens, and adults thrive. My approach also incorporates integrative medicine, recognizing the important connection between mental, physical, and emotional health. I work with your current therapist or will refer you to one in my network of trusted therapists.
